About the project
This project focused on analyzing the volunteer data for the Red Cross in Ghent, with the aim of gaining insights into volunteer characteristics and providing actionable recommendations to enhance engagement and recruitment strategies. By leveraging Microsoft Power BI, we were able to explore and visualize key attributes of the volunteers, enabling us to identify trends and patterns. These insights are intended to help the organization develop more targeted and efficient approaches for attracting and retaining volunteers, ultimately strengthening their overall impact in the community.
